Day 10 - What was the hardest thing you gave up during this “weight loss.”
Junk food and soft drinks.
I love the stuff! I know its bad for your health so I just had to stop eating it every week. Sometimes I do slip up which means more exercising :( I’m trying to stop slipping up :)
And for the soft drink, well I have been on and off with it for several years and I rather have water or juice as I get bloated drinking that stuff.
